Processing time

The time needed to prepare an order for dispatch varies. Items can take 3 weeks to make if they are a large or out of stock order. We always aim for a quicker dispatch time and prioritise our website orders. Custom orders or large orders may take longer.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Knusjes ceramics is not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Shipping / postage prices

UK shipping is always 1st class signed for on delivery and you will receive a tracking code.

European shipping is always tracked and you will receive a tracking code.

Please be aware that if you are buying internationally post Brexit ,VAT and any customs charges are to be paid on arrival to your country. Any VAT or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. You can check these on your government site as they vary from Country to Country.

If you are buying from the USA  or Mexico and choose the economy shipping option your parcel will NOT be tracked. This means if the parcel goes missing in transit we will not be able to find out where it is. If you do want to track your parcel please choose the standard shipping option when checking out.

Shipping prices are calculated by weight at Checkout and will be 0-15kg in the below price brackets. These are approximations only.

If your order is over the weight allowed, then multiple orders will need to be placed.
